Meet the body where it is

Philosophy
My approach to yoga is rooted in feeling rather than form. I believe that movement is not about how it looks, but about how it is experienced. Through a blend of more traditional forms of yoga and modern approaches, I aim to build both strength and flexibility while reintroducing natural ranges of movement. Progress is slow, steady, and honest — meeting the body where it is, without force, yet without staying stuck. Shaped by years of practice, travel, injury, and learning, my teaching invites students to reconnect with their bodies in a way that feels sustainable, intuitive, and deeply human.
What I offer
I offer practices that build strength and flexibility — but also body awareness and mental focus.

Here’s what people say about their experience with my classes.
My Story
I’ve always been drawn to movement and the natural world — climbing, freediving, and hiking have been my way of exploring both. During my studies in oceanography, I became interested in eastern practices, a natural extension of my curiosity about philosophy and science. My journey has taken me through Spain and Portugal, India and Nepal, and now I’m settling back in Malta, where it all began. I’m bringing my experience and passion to help others reconnect with their bodies and the way they move.
